Terms of Service

Claro Business Solutions provides local business support such as website creation, Google Business Profile help, review support, dashboards, reporting, automation, connectors, AI-assisted workflows, and business analysis.

A plan description explains the usual monthly scope. If a request falls outside the selected plan, we will explain the options before starting that extra work.

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for providing accurate business information, brand assets, website access, platform exports, and approvals needed to complete the work.

Please do not send private passwords through forms. Use secure sharing methods when a service requires access to a website, Google profile, payment account, spreadsheet, CRM, or other business tool.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe unless another written arrangement is made. Some plans may include a setup fee, and promotion codes may be available.

You can cancel or update billing through the customer billing portal when it is enabled. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the active billing period unless Stripe or a written agreement says otherwise.

Completed work and active subscription periods are generally not refundable, except where required by law or specifically agreed in writing.

Claro may use AI tools, Codex, Claude, connectors, spreadsheets, dashboards, and automation services to draft, analyze, summarize, build, or improve business workflows.

AI-assisted outputs can be useful but still need business review. You are responsible for final approval of public claims, prices, offers, legal statements, medical statements, financial statements, and regulated content.

We work to improve clarity, response speed, reporting, local presence, and customer follow-up, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, ad performance, customer volume, or profit.

You are responsible for your products, services, pricing, licenses, taxes, compliance, customer service, and the truthfulness of information you provide for websites, ads, profiles, and reports.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Claro Business Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

These terms are governed by Florida law unless a signed written agreement says otherwise.
